At 00:04, the Rescue Company was dispatched to Route 30 in Hellam Township near the Hallam Exit for an injury accident.  Command, and Rescues 1 & 2 went enroute with ten in three minutes.  Rescue Company 2 arrived to find a pickup truck into a tractor-trailer, one patient still inside the vehicle. Rescue crew stabilized the vehicle and took patient care until the arrival of EMS 41.  After the patient was packaged, crews cleaned up debris on the roadway and went available as soon as the truck was towed.  Crews operated on the scene just over an hour.
