At 17:35, the Rescue Company and Engine 21 were due for an injury crash on Cool Creek and  Mt. Pisgah roads in Hellam Township. The Command, Rescues 1, 2 and the Engine went enroute with a crew of 14.  Chief 41 arrived on location, 2 vehicle accident with one patient confined.  Crew from 41 assisted in patient care and vehicle stabilization.  Crews took the drivers sidedoor to gain access to the patient.  After the patient was in care of EMS, crews cleaned up debris and the box was available in under an hour.
