Just one day after the 4 Alarm Fire in Wrightsville, most members took the day off of work for rest and relaxation after a hard days work.

But somebody else had other plans for the 41 house.

The 9-Call day for the 41 volunteers began at 05:00 hours with a RIT assignment in York Township.

Incident 2: Rescue 2 ran a Medical Assistance call on Hellam Street in Wrightsville around 07:39.

Incident 3: At 08:08 the structure fire box was dropped in East Donegal Township, Lancaster County for a working shed fire.  Engine 41 responded to the incident within 2 minutes.

Incident 4:  Shortly after Engine 41 stood by in Maytowns Quarters for 1 hour and 45 minutes until released.

Incident 5: While on standby at Maytown, Rescue 2 worked another Medical Call on Locust st. In Wrightsville.

Incident 6: At 11:50 Rescue & Engine 1 responded along with Hallam and East Prospect for an automatic fire alarm in Hellam Township.

Incident 7: Around 13:24, Rescues 1/2 went enroute for an unknown injury crash on Route 30 in Hellam Township.

Incident 8: At 15:10, the 41 Engine was due to assist Station 21 with a vehicle fire on Kreutz Creek Road in Hellam Township.  Engine Responded, Officer, Full Crew.

The last incident of the day was dispatched at 16:25.  Rescues 1 & 2 handled a fuel spill in the area of Mt. Pisgah and Cool Creek Roads.
The call ended in just under a half hour.
