At 10:35 the 41-01 box was dropped for a medical assistance call at the Wrightsville Water Authority.

Rescue 41-2 went enroute in one minute with 3, EMT on board.
Rescue 41-2 arrived on the scene to find a patient laying on a concrete pad after falling about 20 feet from some scaffolding. 

FF/EMT Ream immediately requested the assistance of Rescue 1; upgrading the assignment to an environmental rescue.

Chief 41 requested Truck 8-1 to standby near the scene as a precaution.

The patient was in care of FF/EMT Ream, and package in a stokes basket upon arrival of Rescue 1.  Rescue crews used ladders and ropes, along with the assistance of a Pettibone (On Scene) to make a rigging system to hoist the patient out of the enclosure. 
Once extricated, the patient was released to Ambulance 41-1 and Medic 102 crews with no further incident.
