At 04:28, the 21-15 box was struck for a tractor trailer accident with injuries on Route 30 in the area of the intercounty bridge.
The Rescue Company from 41 was enroute with seven in two minutes; two remaining in-house.
Chief 41 arrived to find a single vehicle accident, tractor-trailer on its side with one patient walking around.  Crews from Wrightsville and Hellam arrived on scene, and controlled hazards then assisted in unloading contents of the trailer.  Crews stood by on scene during uprighting of the trailer in case of possible saddle tank ruptures.

While on scene, a vehicle smoking call was dispatched on Route 30 in the area of the Wrightsville Exit.  Units on scene of the accident responded to that incident, placing the 41 Engine available.

Chief 21 arrived only to find an overheated vehicle.  The box for both incidents was placed available after about 12 hours.
