Yesterday around 3:15 PM, the Engine Company assisted Lancaster Company 75 (Mt Joy) with a working house fire on the 600 Block of Union School Road. Engine 41 arrived on scene, and assisted with suppression and overhaul operations. During an evacuation due to deteriorating conditions, one firefighter from Mount Joy was burned, and transported to the hospital.

We'd like to take the time to wish the injured fireman a speedy recovery! Our thoughts continue to be with the men from Company 75.
