At 2026, while Rescue 1 was standing by at Station 9 (Dover Twp), the MIB were dispatched for a reported MVA at Cool Creek and Mt Pisgah Roads in Hellam Township. Chief 41, Engine 41, and Rescue 41-2 went en route in less than a minute with 9 personnel.

Chief 41 arrived on scene with a two vehicle crash, head-on, 3 patients and one patient still in the vehicle. Rescue 41-2/Engine 41 arrived on the scene and began patient care. Crews popped the passenger side door to gain access to the patient. Engine Company 21 arrived on scene and assisted with fluid control and vehicle depowerment.

Units went available in just over an hour.
