At 0830, both Rescues arrived at the York County Fire School training grounds to meet with BC Anderson from Company 89. Along with Companies, 895, 896 and 69. Each department drilled on different aspects of rescue and extrication involving busses and commercial vehicles. Company 41 had it's own bus which was on its side (rollover scenario) and completed several scenarios including: lifting an overturned bus off of a simulated victim, breaching the roof with multiple techniques and tools, and getting an idea of what conditions would be like inside of the bus during extrication. After the drills were complete, crews were able to walk around to different stations and get an idea of techniques that different Companies utilized for extrication.

We'd like to thank York Area United Fire for the opportunity to drill with them on something that is less practiced. Special thanks to LanCo Company 79 (Maytown) for covering our first due while our personnel attended.
