At 1738hrs on May 16, 2016 the box alarm was transmitted for Old Farm Lane for reports of a house on fire. Engine 41, Rescue 41-1, and Chief 41 responded with 11 volunteers.

Deputy 38 arrived on the scene with fire throughout a 2 - 1/2 story split foyer. Engine 41 arrived on the scene and assisted crews already on scene with the fire attack on side Alpha. Crews operated a 2-1/2 Blitzfire, and a crosslay. Crews attempted to make a push in the front door to open up the attic area, but were pulled out. Rescue 41-1 arrived on scene and assisted the Engine crew.

Crews operated for about two hours then were released.
