We would like to take the time to congratulate FF/EMT Tiffani Russ on completing the Iron Man Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY on Sunday.

The Triathlon consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and a 26 mile run.

Her overall completion time was 13 hours, 46 minutes, and 32 seconds!
