Late this morning at 11:14 hours units were dispatched to the rear of the M&T Bank in the 700 block of Hellam Street for a class II crash. Both Rescues responded within a minute with a total staffing of 12. Units arrived to find one patient confined after striking a fence and tree. The occupant was freed within 3 minutes of arrival and turned over to EMS. The Company operated for 20 minutes before going in service.
