Tonight's monthly company meeting marks a small moment in department history worth noting.

For the first time in over 10 years, our members had the opportunity to meet in a room aside from the apparatus bay to discuss department business. While finishing touches are still needed, the training/meeting room is nearly complete and is better suited for the task.

This is also believed to be the first time in the department's 130+ year history that the meeting area is dedicated solely for the use of the fire department as our facilities were always shared with other local organizations.
