Yesterday the Department sent 3 members to Monroe Fire Company to stand-by for their Department while they took the day off to make final preparations for Firefighter Guise’s funeral. Firefighter Jerome Guise of Citizens Fire Co 36 Mount Holly Springs Sta 1 was tragically lost in the Line of Duty this past week while operating on a working house fire.

Wrightsville spent the day with the Monroe members offering comfort, support and a shoulder to lean on, talked some “shop” and then in the afternoon assisted with detailing their apparatus and repacking all of their hose beds.
