Special thank you to our local Girl Scouts Troop for donating sensory kits to our department.
A sensory kit is a collection of items that may help calm children in overstimulating situations. This kit may also help aid in communication challenges when our volunteers are interacting with patients who are non-verbal.
We look forward to continue creating a more inclusive environment for our community.
