At 1800 hours the 21 rescue local was alerted to West Market Street in Hallam for the vehicle accident. Engine 21 and Rescue Company 41 arrived to find one vehicle into a parked car, and inside the vehicle. The crews quickly  began assessing the victim.  The victim was removed and boarded by Fire & EMS crews.  Crews depowered the vehicle, and cleaned the roadway of debris and fluids. The box was available in about 49 minutes.
