•10-12-09 - Advancing Lines At Columbia House Fire•
  At 09:51 the engine company from 41 was dispatched on the 1st alarm assignment for a working dwelling fire in the Boro of Columbia.  Within seconds the 41 engine was on the street with a crew of 7 with smoke showing from the Boro of Wrightsville and PD on scene advising working fire on the second floor of the structure.  Upon arrival the engine crew from 41 quickly deployed two crosslays from engine 41 and advanced them to the structure.  Crews from 41 and 8-4 joined crews and made a quick knock on the fast moving fire keeping the fire to the 2nd division of the structure.  41 crews then assisted in overhaul and salvage. The 41 engine was available at 11:25.
