•10-13-06 Reported Basement Fire In The First Due•
Friday at 14:51 Station 41 was dispatched to Sinclair Circle at Cool Creek Manor in Hellam Township for a reported basement fire.  Engine 1 responded with Captain Livelsberger in the seat w/4.  The Engine Company arrived on the scene with a garden style apartment and normal conditions on side "A" alpha. Chief 8-1 arrived right behind the Engine and assumed the 41 Command. Engine crew entered the residence with a heavy smoke condition in the basement. Upon futher investigation crew found an object smoldering on a lam pand the fire was reported out as the Tower Ladder crew from 8-1 set up for ventilation.
