At 1655 hours, box #2114 was struck for a Class I vehicle accident with injuries on Freysville and Leiphart Mill Roads in Hellam Township. Rescue Company 41 went enroute with 9 volunteers in one minute. Chief 21 arrived on the scene to find a single vehicle into a pole, with four patients outside the vehicle.  Rescue 41-2 arrived and assisted in patient care and depowerment.  After the vehicle was removed, Rescue Company services were available.
