At 08:00 hours the 41 Engine proceeded to meet with Chief Ryno at Station 8-1. Crews from 41 & 8-1 then went to the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center. Wrightsville Volunteers trained along with members from Columbia Consolidated, Red Lion, and Columbia #1 Fire Departments. Several training evolutions were made up including use of the vehicle fire and propane fire simulators, and the smoke maze. The day was ended with a debriefing by Chief 8-1. A special thanks goes out to the officers of the Columbia #1 Fire Department for the invite, and also thanks to the Columbia Consolidated Fire Department for providing refreshments during training.
