Around 21:40 hrs. the 41-04 box was racked for the 1st alarm chimney fire assignment .  Engine 1 and Rescue 1 responded within minutes with 13 personnel.  Chief 21 arrived to find nothing showing from a 1 1/2 story single family dwelling.  All units except for the 41 Engine and Attacks 21 and 42 were advised to stage at the Accomac Inn due to narrow access.  Crews investigated and found an active fire in the chimney. After crews discovered the fire, 42 crew went to the roof and began to sweep the chimney while the 41/21 interior crew shoveled the built up debris from the flue. Crews then checked for any extension with none being found, box available in just over 2 hours.
