At 05:52, Engine 1 was due to the 1300 Block of Colebrook Road in East Donegal Township.
The reason being, LC Engine 792 was on a transfer assignment at LC
Station 2-11. Rescue 1 went responding with 7 personnel and Chief Livelsberger
in the seat within 2 minutes. All responding units were advised of
one vehicle into the tree with one person trapped. Deputy 79 arrived on
scene confirming one heavily entrapped. The crew assisted the brothers from
79 with the extrication, setting up the LZ for Lifelion 1, and cleanup.
