At about 11:00 hours, the Rescue Company was dispatched for an unknown Injury accident
on Rt. 462 at 3 different locations. Rescue's 1 & 2 responded with
a total of 10. Rescue 2 arrived on scene confirmining a single-vehicle accident
into a tree with 4 patients, 2 being entrapped, 1 fatality. The driver
was heavily pinned by the dash and drivers side door. Rescue crew stabilized
the vehicle and started the extrication. Crews removed both doors
and the roof to gain access to the victims. Thanks to 21, 42, and
