2118 Hours: Both Rescues from 41 were due along with Company 21 for a vehicle accident with reported entrapment at Schmuck and Mt. Pisgah Roads in Hellam Township.  41 units were staffed within 2 minutes with 13.  Chief 21 arrived on scene with a pick-up truck on its side with 1 occupant still inside, and reporting it to be in Lower Windsor Township making it a 38 Box.  A 38 Duty Officer was notified and advised the HTFD to handle.  Rescue crews stabilized and popped the passenger door freeing the occupant.  Box available at 2210.
