_________________________________________________________________________________ At 07:00, Rescue 2 headed to Hellam Station 21 to assist with an emergency response class taught by Chief Ryno of Station 8-1 at the Hellam Fire Company. Several members of Station 41, along with other members from Hellam, Columbia#1 and Craley are currently enrolled in the class. Crews from Rescue 41-2 worked on various extrication techniques, while the students provided medical care to patients in the vehicles. While at the class, Rescue 1 handled two class 1 medical incidents in Wrightsville. _________________________________________________________________________________ Shortly after clearing from Station 21, the Engine along with Utility 21 headed to Wizard Ranch to greet the Scouts from Pack 155 in Red Lion, and Pack 48 out of Glen Rock. Lieutenant Ryon showed the Scouts around the truck, and then did a demonstration of the deck gun. Later in the day, Stat Medevac made a special appearance and landed at the ranch.  After the kids were shown the helicopter, Engine 41 and Utility 21 gave the Scouts a little siren and light show upon leaving the Ranch. _________________________________________________________________________________
