3-6-07 - 2nd Alarm Fire With Entrapment

Around 22:00, The 2nd Alarm Assignment was struck for a working structure fire on the 100 block of Church Avenue in Columbia Borough. Engine 41 went enroute with a crew of 14. The Engine staged at 4th & Union. Crew from 41 worked 2nd Fire Building on the 3rd Floor encountering heavy fire and beginning fire supression until the evacuation tones were sounded, and the crew was sent to staging. Crews then split for overhaul operations. Hats off to the Columbia Brothers on rescuing 1 of the trapped victims. Engine 41 returned at 01:52.
