Station 41 was kept busy during the afternoon and evening hours on Wednesday, responding to 4 calls. Just after 1330hrs Station 41 was dispatched in the 41 local for a Automatic Alarm at the John Wright Store, Engine 41 was out w/6. Captain 41 (Livelsberger) arrived on scene, reporting normal conditions, accidental alarm, and placed the box available. Rescue 41 was then dispatched for a mutual aid call in Lancaster Co., East Donegal Twp. to assist the 7-9 brothers, for a reported Dwelling Fire. Cheif 7-9-2 (Houseal) arrived with a smoke condition in the residence. Rescue 41 arrived and took a level 1 stage, until the box was cleared. A Class 1 medical call for the QRS kept the day rolling in the first due just after 1900 hrs, followed by a Vehicle Fire in front of the Hometown Hotel just after 2200hrs. Engine arrived Lt. 41 (Russ) in the seat w/6, with a working fire involving a pick-up truck. The fire was quickly extinguished, and the 41 crew was available when the truck was towed away.
