Back in November of 2006, 6 Members of Wrightsville, and 3 from Hellam began weekly
preparation sessions for Firefighter 1 & 2 at the 41 house led by Columbia #1
Chief Scott Ryno, and Maytown Assistant Chief Jason Trostle. Members completed Hazmat Operations, First Aid/CPR among many other courses as a prerequisite before registering for the certification. Hard work and practice paid off for the members who are now certified Pro Board Firefighter 1 & 2. A Special Thanks goes out to Chief Ryno for assisting in setting up the prerequisite courses and leading us all the way to Bucks County and staying by our side both weekends. And thanks to Assistant Chief Trostle for leading the preparation classes at the Wrightsville Fire Department & LCPSTC. We appreciate all you've done! CONGRATS GUYS! |
