Just after 19:00 hours, Lancaster and York Dispatched an accident with entrapment on the 462 Bridge in Columbia Borough. The Rescue Responded in 1 minute with both rigs, having a combined crew of 16. Chief 8-1 arrived on location car vs. SUV head-on confirming 1 patient heavily entrapped in the drivers seat.  41/8-1 crew stabilized and depowered the vehicle to begin extrication.  Patient was class 4 upon arrival.  Rescue 2 was realeased and the assignment was held to Engine 8-1-1 & Rescue 41.  Crews assisted in patient and debris removal.
