6-1-10 - Second 2 Alarmer in Less Than 36 Hours!

At 0134 hours, the Hellam Township Fire Department was due for the another working house fire in less than 2 days! The house fire was racked out for N. Wilson Avenue in Hellam Township with reported fire in the garage. The 41 Engine Company made the response with 8 personnel in 3 minutes with the 41 Chief going to the scene. Chief 21 arrived on scene with a working house fire and upgraded it to the 2nd Alarm. Upon the arrival of the 41 Engine, Engine 21's lay of 5' supply line was completed. The Engine crew assisted Company 21 with pulling lines and making a fire attack. After the fire was knocked, the Engine remained on scene for S & O and cleared at 0734 hours.
