At 1532 hrs the 41 Rescue Company was due for an auto accident with
entrapment in Company 79's first due. Rescue 41-2 responded in under minute
with 5. Chief 79 was on scene with a 3 vehicle accident, with a total
of 4 patients and 1 still trapped. Rescue 79 arrived and started the extrication
and Engine 7-10-1 took the suppression operations. Rescue 2 arrived
took patient care and assisted with the extrication. Rescue 2 remained
on scene and waited for towing service and assisted in debris clean up.
The 41 Rescue Company was available in about an hour. |
