The goal was set a year and a half ago. The goal has been reached, and the Wrightsville Fire Department is proud to announce that it is 80% State Certified at the Firefighter 2 level. The certification allows the department to be recognized by the Office of the State Fire Commissioner. The certification is also nationally recognized. This could not have been possible without the help of Instructor and Columbia No.1 Fire Chief Scott Ryno and Maytown Assistant Chief Jason Trostle. All of the hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated.
