•8-17-06 - 2nd Alarm and Engine 1 Drops the Line•
At 10:58, the LC 87 structure fire was upgraded to a 2nd alarm assignment which adds Engine 1.  The engine company went enroute with 6 to the scene.  When the 41 Engine arrived on scene, the first water supply was established when it dropped 900' of 5".  Crews assisted in the extinguishment of the 2 alarm blaze and the overhaul operations.  Engine 41 was available from the 87 local at 18:49

While the engine was working in "Cola," Rescue Company 42 was transferred to the 41 House.  While in house, Rescue 42 handled 2 Automatic Fire Alarms in the Township.  The "Men In Black" also ran a Med Local and a Public Service which makes a total of 5 calls and 8.9 hours of work!
