At 17:04 the 41 House was tapped for a Vehicle Fire on the route 30 strip.
Engine 1 was enroute in a minute with 8 and YCC advising it was in the area of
the Wrightsville Exit and they were receiving multiple calls. Rescue 1 responded
soon after with an additional 5 personnel. Chief 41 arrived on scene
with a working engine compartment fire and Engine 1 and the Rescue were
to go eastbound in the westbound lane. FF Groft and Lt. Gromling pulled
the 1-1/2 off the bumper and had the fire knocked down in seconds. The
Holmatro combo-tool was placed in service to take the hood. The 41-12 Box
was placed in service 37 minutes after dispatch. |
