Just before 21:00 hours, Station 41 & Engine 21 were summoned to respond to Cool
Creek and Mt. Pisgah roads for an injury crash. Station 41 manned w/7, had
Rescue 1 on the street in 2 minutes. Engine 1 & Rescue 2 went enroute with
an additional eight personnel. The victim had directions to go straight
at the end of Mt. Pisgah road... Unfortunately it wasn't an option. Chief
41 arrived on the scene reporting one vehicle into the embankment with one
person inside the vehicle. Rescue 41-1 crew began patient care until Firefighter/EMT
Ryon arrived. Crews depowered the vehicle and controlled fluids.
